Further Information HMS Queen Mary was a Royal Navy Battleship which served in the North Sea and was sunk at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. The lead tug is "Great Emperor" and the paddle tug is possibly "Washington". The funnel markings, black with a red band, show that both tugs belonged to John Dry Steam Tugs Ltd.
