Further Information | Andrew Ernest Stoddart was born 11.3.1863, at 10 Wellington Tce, (now Beach Road). His father was George B. Stoddart, wine, spirit and porter merchant of King Street. At the age of nine Andrew and his family moved to London. Andrew was a member of the Cricket Club, Wood Tce, all his life. He was the Captain of the M.C.C. Team touring Australia 1883-1884, he also played rugby for England. |
