Further Information | United Presbyterian church, Mile End Road. The church was opened in 1858. The foundation stone was laid by Robert Ingham, MP. The church stood opposite the railway station, in Ingham Street. (Gazette 11.1.1996 J. Blower) and was demolished in 1961. Photograph of drawing by "Beven Atk, York" (?), printed by W.
