| Further Information | Multi-storey flats built in the 1960's on the land over-looking Slake Terrace. The building with an arched roof in the background is Hann and Newby's transport depot-sand and gravel and coal merchants. Whitehead Street is to the left of the depot. All the properties which once stood in Slake Terrace on the right have now been demolished leaving only a grass embankment |
