| Further Information | This shows the development of the Market Place post war looking from the south. There is a bus standing on the left, and a large van standing on the square. There are a few market stalls on the left of the old Town Hall and the public toilets are on the right hand side. St Hilda's church is in the background and Dean Street is to the right towards the ferry landing. The new building on the left is in King Street. |
